Denise has been engaged in the practice of law for over 20 years. She’s skilled in transactional law, civil litigation and counseling on managing risk to achieve business objectives. As a dispute resolution professional since 2001, Denise has significant experience as an arbitrator in hundreds of cases, specializing in complex, multi-party, high-stakes disputes, which have provided her with insight into the wide array of legal and practical issues that impact fair and efficient dispute resolution. She’s served as chairperson, panelist and sole arbitrator under the rules of AAA, FINRA, BBB, private party agreements, and as a court-appointed conciliator.
